Fewer people may become homeless this year, thanks to a grant just announced by PA Governor Wolf. The 2018-19 round of Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement (PHARE) awards include $75,000 for rental assistance that will be managed by New Bethany Ministries. “A major advantage of the PHARE program is that the decisions on how the funding should be spent are driven locally,” said Governor Wolf.

Corporate Environments for 2019 and 2020 selected New Bethany Ministries as the beneficiary for its annual Chair-ity Auction, a unique art function rarely seen in the Lehigh Valley. The auction featured an iconic office chair and table along with various others objects transformed into stunning works of art by local interior designers. As part of our partnership with Corporate Environments, the nearly $8,000 in funds raised by the auction were directly donated to New Bethany Ministries to benefit our programming and guests' opportunities.
